On arrival she was offered €11 (her return taxi cost €10] hence she refused this and left , it was an insult . We live here , we are not tourists (not that it should matter) . We visit your sister casino a few times a week where the staff are friendly and helpful and in the past when machines have malfunctioned any outstanding credits have been returned without a problem . You have cctv above the machines so if you had of checked these you would see there was a pending €50 win that had not been added to her balance . Badly run casino and we would certainly not return .
